Welcome Baby K

A brand new teeny tiny sweet baby girl for Yellowknife. It’s nice to see some baby girls being born in Yellowknife. When my little one was born three summers ago, it seemed like in an entire six month period we only knew of two baby girls born to friends and neighbours! So for a while birthday parties and family gatherings were all about Tonka trucks and helicopters! Lately though many of my smallest clients are girls and many of my friends have since added girls to their families, so it seems our demographics are balancing themselves out!

For this session, I would have loved nothing more than to snuggle Baby K rather than photograph her. She loved being bundled into a baby ball and snuggled. But as the first grandchild in a family of four sisters, snuggles are not something this baby lacks!

It was a pleasure meeting you Baby K. I am very excited for your six month session!
