What an incredible Sunday night. The air was calm and still. The light was soft and fresh. And, the music was beautiful.
When local harpist, Susan Hoefer, approached me about doing a photography session with her harp, my mind immediately ventured to the rolling hills of Ireland with the mist dancing in the background. And although ‘have camera-will travel’, a quick trip to Ireland for a photography session just wasn’t in the cards. So Susan put her desire for some promotional images in my hands and trusted me enough to follow me down the highway!
The result was what I hope are images she enjoys that blend her love of Celtic music with her northern home and a lasting memory for me of a very special photography session where I was treated to me own private concert.

Caitlin, you are a master! The outdoor colors worked beautifully, the field of soft pastels looks like a Monet painting! It was a wonderful experience music, color, nature and art creation.
