Thank you baby boy for letting me photograph you sleeping for what may very well be the last time!
As I photographed my own bundle of joy on the weekend- who had fallen asleep after an afternoon bubble bath- I couldn’t help but notice that he really is no longer a baby. Exactly two weeks shy of his third birthday, I savoured the opportunity to photograph him snuggled into my bed… It truly was bitter sweet. I am sad that time seems to fly by, but enamored by the little boy he is growing into and the adventures he will have.
Thank you Yellowknife for allowing me to capture your sleeping babies as well. For me, sleeping babies define true innocence, solitude and beauty in one tiny package!
