Lil Miss M

Lil Miss M, I cannot believe a whole year has gone by since our photographic relationship has begun. I began photographing this sweetpea before she was shucked. Her parents and I began photographing the journey of her first year just weeks before she arrived. Watching my tiniest clients grow into their individual selves is one of my favourite things! Today, Lil Miss M officially graduates on my blog from Beautiful Baby to Lil Miss. When my tiniest clients are able to walk into our photography sessions, it’s a big day. It reminds me how precious and irreplaceable those first few months are. They grow so quickly and every change and milestone amazes us as parents. But now it is Lil Miss M’s turned to be amazed by all that she can do with the determination of a one-year old and the persistence of a red head.

So even though I am sad that another one of my “My First Year” clients has finished her sessions, I am excited to see what kind of Lil Miss she will blossom into- as long as she keeps her fire-y red curls, and fire-y red character that matches oh-so-perfectly!
